UK-based developer London Square has recently introduced its most current non commercial development, County Hall Kingston, inside the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in South-West London, according to an Oct 14 launch.

A number of features of the authentic heritage structure have been retained, including previous council rooms such as the chairman’s workplace and the grand courtroom. According to London Square, the latter has appeared in various tv creations, including Midsomer Murders, Poirot, Call the Midwife, and Downton Abbey.

Future residents will most likely have connectivity to centers under the “1893 Club”. Named after the year in which the building was initially developed, the club makes up a co-working space, a pilates studio equipped with reformer equipments, and exclusive eating and cinema-style rooms. A 24-hour attendant service will certainly also be available for citizens.

The reconditioned heritage property are going to be split up within 6 areas, each one consisting of a compilation of flats. On the other hand, the 3 recently developed structures– Ebbstone House, Riverton House and Henmere House– will provide apartment or condos with unique style specifications and layouts. Each condominium will include a private porch or deck.

Tim Gawthorn, team sales and marketing director at London Square, anticipates the property development to gather interest from both buyers looking for a London property and financiers looking for long-term value. “Set in one of Greater London’s most preferred locations– with riverside strolls, open green spaces, superior schools and universities, superior amenities and excellent transportation links– County Hall Kingston will exemplify the quality and attention to detail for which London Square is recognized,” he adds.

Developed by architecture business Rofie Judd, the project combines heritage and modern design. The plan reopens a previously closed-off site, introducing brand-new pedestrian walkways and a public landscaped garden.
